On 23rd December 2021 the YIN organized with the support of Life Project 4 Youth Nepal, a workshop on the Human Resources challenges and opportunities in Nepal.

Creating a family bond, supporting employees emotionally
Offering work to a whole family instead of one person
Supporting the employee in learning new skills, training them.
The role of Human Resources is really important for this.
