Companies also noticed an increasing turnover, with employees leaving their job quicker than before the pandemic, because of better salary expectations, lack of evolution in the company, personal reasons, …


How to retain employees in a company?


It is the decision of the employees to stay, even if companies can support them in this way for instance by

  • Providing facilities and improving work environment

  • Valuing improvement, and career evolution

  • Increasing salary with regard to responsibility and motivation

  • Creating a family bond, supporting employees emotionally

  • Offering work to a whole family instead of one person

  • Supporting the employee in learning new skills, training them.


The role of Human Resources is really important for this.
