YIN Networking Event - Bangalore, India 2026

On March 11th, 2026, the Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) hosted a networking event at the Consulate General of France in Bangalore, bringing together companies, youth, and partners committed to advancing Youth Inclusion in India.

Centered around the theme “From Barriers to Brilliance: Young Women Shaping the Future of Work,” the event created a space for dialogue between the private sector and young people facing barriers to employment, particularly young women.

The afternoon gathered 26 participants, including representatives from eight companies, LP4Y team members, and youth involved in the Life Project 4 Youth professional training program.

Through inspiring testimonies, interactive discussions, and collaborative workshops, participants explored how companies can contribute to more inclusive and accessible workplaces for youth.

A strong message emerged throughout the event: young people do not lack talent — they often lack access and opportunities. By working together, companies, institutions, and civil society can help build pathways that allow youth to thrive in the professional world.

The event concluded with informal networking, strengthening connections and opening the door to future collaborations within the Youth Inclusion Network.
