Powerful Conversations on Youth Inclusion at YIIF 2026

On June 27th, the YIN facilitated an interactive workshop during the Youth Inclusion International Forum (YIIF) in New Delhi, bringing together more than 60 participants from NGOs, institutions, companies, and Youth organizations.

The objective was simple but essential: create a space where diverse actors could exchange, reflect, and co-build solutions for a more inclusive future.

What made this workshop especially meaningful was the central role of Youth throughout the session. Youth were not only participants they were active contributors helping shape the discussions and challenge perspectives.

Through interactive activities, roundtable discussions, and the Wall of Inclusion, participants shared ideas, challenges, and opportunities related to Youth inclusion.

The workshop generated rich and honest conversations, highlighting the importance of stronger collaboration across sectors and more spaces where Youth voices can genuinely influence decision-making.

One message stood out clearly: meaningful inclusion happens when we stop designing solutions only for Youth and start building them with Youth.

The strong engagement and energy throughout the session reaffirmed the importance of creating spaces for dialogue, collaboration, and action.
