Youth Inclusion International Forum 2026 in Manila

On June 18th, the YIN was part of the organisation team of the YIIF beside Y4CN and LP4Y. It was an inspiring and engaging event built around the theme "From exclusion to action: co-creating inclusive futures for Filipino Youth." We were delighted to gather 100 participants from 39 local and international organizations including companies, NGOs, Youth and institutional organizations.

Throughout the day, testimonies, panel discussions and workshops unfolded one after another.

For the panel discussion, companies and former Youth dove into a deep conversation on Youth inclusion in the corporate world touching on challenges, roles and actions. Virgie Pascual, a representative of our member Altera, was one of the panelists and took the mic to show the companies' side of inclusion. It was a passionate exchange.

In partnership with Y4CN and Acted, the YIN co-created and co-animated the workshop "From exclusion to action: co-creating inclusive futures for Filipino Youth." For context, last April the YIN conducted a workshop named "The skills you cannot see on paper" where alongside NGOs and companies we co-created concrete tools to enhance and highlight competencies that too often go unnoticed. Building on this, we decided to run this new workshop to strengthen the recruitment process and offer real solutions in favor of Youth inclusion.
