YIN & Y4CN Workshop, Manila 2026

On April 23rd, members of the Youth 4 Change Network (Y4CN) and the YIN - Youth Inclusion Network gathered in Manila to talk about recruitment process and Youth Inclusion. 

Through an innovative workshop, participants were able to share about their own experiences and achievements, identifying which skills led them to success and think about how it could be valorized during a standard recruitment process. The aim was for each participant to leave with an idea so that, TOGETHER, we could advance Youth inclusion. 

This afternoon, inclusion wasn’t just a word, it was an action !
