On November 6, we hosted a YIN - Youth Inclusion Network Networking Event at Top Cat - Offbeat Kolkata, co organised with Life Project 4 Youth bringing together companies, organizations, stars, and Youth to exchange on Youth Inclusion challenges and opportunities in India.
With 33 participants, the event offered a warm and collaborative environment where mixed groups worked through a structured workshop to share experiences, reflect on inclusion pathways, and co-create ideas.
Despite language diversity, the discussions remained dynamic, inclusive, and solutions-oriented thanks to strong facilitation and active engagement from all participants.
We concluded the session with a collective restitution, closing remarks from Second Bridge, and networking over tea and snacks.
Key Takeaways
* Strong engagement and meaningful cross-sector collaboration
* Workshop format enabled rich exchanges and diverse perspectives
* Youth participation added authenticity and purpose to the discussions
Cross-sector dialogue remains essential to advancing Youth Inclusion
A warm thank you to OFFBeat again and our guests, Balbir Offbeatccu, Pauline Laravoire, swapna Karmakar, Swapna Sikdar, Fahimuddin Haaris, Amit Das, Mamta Topno, and all participants for making this event a success. 🌿
