On 15 January, the Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) and Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) brought together Nepalese and international companies for an event focused on Decent Work and Employability.

Centered on the ILO Decent Work framework, the discussions highlighted how businesses can play a key role in creating fair, safe, and inclusive employment opportunities for young people facing barriers to the labor market.

More than a workshop, the event acted as a bridge between companies and youth inclusion actors, encouraging concrete collaboration to improve employability pathways and expand access to decent jobs.

This momentum strengthens YIN’s mission to connect the private sector together and with field organizations like LP4Y, contributing to a growing coalition working toward inclusive employment for Youth.
