The Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) is a network of socially progressive companies willing to reduce poverty and committed for the inclusion of Youth issued from exclusion.
We strive towards the professional and social integration of these talented Youth by sharing and developing HR activities, CSR or training programs, and business strategies.
As member of the YIN, we recognize that action is urgently required.
We acknowledge that the Youth are our future, we recognize their energy, their dynamism, and their ability to adapt.
We will unite to give them access to a better future.
We know these young adults can pull through when given the opportunity to rise.
We will act for and on behalf of all youth.
We will create opportunities through jobs, training, mentoring or any form of support that will allow them to grow and prosper, contribute to economic growth, and chart their own path out of poverty.
By joining the Youth Inclusion Network, we commit to organising at least one yearly event, training or module which will facilitate the Youth’s journey towards Integration.
We will share our experiences, pool our resources, and contribute our expertise, making room for talented young adults in our progressive organizations. Thus they will be able to hold their place of greater freedom in the world of tomorrow.

YIN CHARTER FOR PARTNERS (NGOs) 2021
The Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) is a network of socially progressive companies willing to reduce poverty and committed for the inclusion of Youth issued from exclusion.
They strive towards the professional and social integration of these talented Youth by sharing and developing HR activities, CSR or training programs, and business strategies.
As a partner of the YIN, we recognize that action for youth inclusion is urgently required and that one of our mission is to accompany them towards a better future.
We will act for and on behalf of the youth we accompany.
We will coordinate with the YIN for job opportunities, trainings, mentoring or any form of support that will allow the youth to grow and prosper, contribute to economic growth, and chart their own path out of poverty. We will not solicit the members of the YIN for financial donations solely benefiting our programs.
By becoming a partner of the Youth Inclusion Network, we commit to participate to the activities offered by the YIN Members such as trainings, mock interviews, company visits etc. In order to quantify the overall impact of the YIN, we agree to share the data on the number of YIN activities undertaken by the Youths accompanied by our organization as well as the number of Youths subsequently hired. We commit to being a non-political partner and to not refer to any religions belongings during work related activities. We commit to train the Youths so they have the skills to join and work in a company and we commit to follow them for 3 months once they are hired.
We will share our experiences, pool our resources, and contribute our expertise, striving for these talented young adults to find their right place in the professional world. Thus they will be able to hold their place of greater freedom in the world of tomorrow.
