Equality & Equal Pay

In September we had the real pleasure to welcome Sujata Chatterjee from Twirl Store, for a webinar entitled: "Equality & Equal Pay".

Since 2019, on September 18th the International Equal Pay Day is celebrated. However for young people, struggling to find employment, the notion of equal pay remains something unknown, or inapplicable.

During this YIN Youth Webinar we welcomed more than 200 young people from different countries, NGOs, gender, background. They all left the training with hope and motivation

The question now is: will companies apply equal pay to every situation, every person, and in every situation?
