Testimony of Mita Laxmi Adhikari, “I’m 21 years old, and this is my diary of dreams and struggles. I grew up in a Children’s Center, where life was uncertain. After completing my SEE, I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to study baking at Cocina Mitho Chha.

Though nervous in the beginning, I soon discovered joy in flour, sugar, and creativity. With dedication, I gained confidence and, after four years, became a Bakery Trainer at the same school. “
