The YIN Team extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined the second edition of the Youth Inclusion International Forum (YIIF) in Manila!

We were thrilled to co-organise this event with LP4Y and welcome 100 participants representing 55 organisations for a powerful day of exchange and collaboration. Your energy and engagement made this event a true success.

This year’s theme — “Inclusive Future & Sustainable Solutions” — brought together changemakers, practitioners, and young leaders to explore how we can collectively promote youth inclusion and sustainability. Together, we shared innovative approaches to empower excluded youth while tackling today’s environmental and social challenges.

The YIN workshop "From NEET to work, designing your market systems analysis for Youth employment" animated by Thomas Harris participants from companies, NGOs, and Youth organisations came together to conduct a hands-on Market Systems Analysis on NEET Youth, aiming to understand how market dynamics can better support their professional integration.

Through dynamic discussion and collaboration, they uncovered key barriers to Youth employment and identified actionable pathways for inclusion. The session demonstrated how shared analysis can spark new ideas and partnerships to connect excluded youth with real economic opportunities.  YIIF report
