On May 27th, YIN Philippines members participated in their second national webinar of 2021 and could discuss solutions from their experiences, regarding Youth integration.
The event started with a review of the several activities and professional opportunities that have been performed by the Philippines members, allowing to already totalize 298 actions for Youth inclusion in 2021.
Following this introduction, YIN members could assist in the presentation of insights from Youth regarding obstacles to integration during onboarding and first months inside companies. Participants then shared tips and practices in order to prevent these issues: from preparation of the teams to onboarding process, training, Youth mentoring, link-building activities, schedule and follow-up; many ideas were discussed, in order to ensure successful integration processes.
