In late April and beginning of May, Mantua Consulting performed 20 mock interviews with Youth from Life Project 4 Youth and Bahay Tuluyan Foundation Inc.
Through 30 minutes interactive sessions in the conditions of job interviews, all the Mantua team members gave a personalized feedback to the Youth. These interactions helped Youth become more confident in their capabilities, understand their strengths and improvement areas, to deliver impactful answers the day they will perform with recruiters. A concrete impact in the future job search of each participant!
The Youth and the YIN are really grateful to Mantua for their time and involvement, and looking forward to organizing new sessions.
