Last Saturday, Accenture offered to Youth an insightful training about Interview Tips and Techniques with an introduction to Employees’ right in addition to a mock interview sessions.
155 Youth from all over the country, joined the online training session, where they could learn about many tips regarding the attitude to adopt during an interview, the way to develop meaningful answers and what to do after the interview, among many other important tips. A training that will definitely support their future interview successes and help them reach their target jobs!
In addition to this training, the Accenture team also shared important facts about Employees rights and will conduct a dedicated session in the near future.
After this training session, 33 Youth could perform mock interviews with the Accenture team, applying the knowledge they just learned and received personalized advice to improve their skills and master their future job interviews
This session has been an important moment for the Youth, who shared their feedback about what they learned. They were all very thankful and impacted by their interactions with Accenture team, like Nikko from EDM Philippines:
