Last Friday January 20 was the 8th YIN meeting in Sodexo offices!
What is a YIN meeting?
A monthly meeting of companies that share good practices and opportunities of working with the youth.
Who participates?
Companies that wish to commit themselves to youth integration in the decent professional world.
Last time the following companies attended the meeting: Decathlon, CapGemini, Sodexo Benefits & Rewards, Sodexo On Site Services, Microsourcing, Rexel and Accenture.
What was it about?
- Moving forward on the organization of the network - Presenting some initiatives by companies like Accenture to identify young adults in poor areas and to train them on soft and hard skills - Preparing the annual event of the YIN: the YIN Night, that will take place on February 9!
The next YIN meeting will be on Friday March 17, in Decathlon offices.
Every company wishing to share experience on training or integrating most excluded youth within their teams are welcome to join us!
