On April 29th, 15 persons took part in the event organised by the YIN on the subject of “Economic recovery and Youth Inclusion”.
We had the pleasure to listen to the testimony of Tanuja Singh, a Youth from Life Project 4 Youth who will soon enter the job market in Nepal. Her motivation to find a decent job, as well as her will to develop hard and soft skills was particularly impressive.
This testimony was followed by a discussion between all the participants on their experience of Youth inclusion, and a survey on the subject of our webinar:
> The recovery of the Nepalese economy after COVID-19
> How companies/organisations were affected by the crisis
> The impact of the lockdown on recruitment
> The employment of Youth and the skills needed to enter efficiently the job market

Thanks to the participation of the International Labour Organization in Nepal, Cocina Mitho Chha, merojob and LP4Y, we had the opportunity to witness high level discussions and understand the most important factors of resilience in Nepal.
