The Youth Inclusion Network has been created in Indonesia in 2023. 

We count 3 companies among the Network.​​ By fostering collaboration between the private sector, NGOs and institutions, the network encourages the sharing of good practices and concrete tools, turning individual efforts into lasting, collective impact for the Youth.

Decathlon is a French sporting goods retailer which has signed the the YIN Indonesia Charter in 2025. With over 1647 stores in nearly 1000 cities in 57 countries and regions (Jan 2020), it is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world. The company manages the research, design, production, logistics and distribution of its products in house; partners with global suppliers; and markets their own brands directly to consumers in Decathlon-branded big-box stores.

Lesaffre has been present in Indonesia for over 40 years, with its first Indonesian subsidiary, PT Saf Indonusa, incorporated in 2000, today employing more than 130 employees through its baking ingredients plant in Surabaya, its Jakarta head office and four Baking Center™ and sales offices in Jakarta, Medan, Semarang and Surabaya.

Pluxee has been present in Indonesia since 2006, originally under the name Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services. On November 28, 2023, after 45 years of experience, the company officially transformed into Pluxee.

In Indonesia, Pluxee offers employee benefits and engagement solutions for businesses, including gift vouchers (Pluxee Gift) and e-vouchers (Pluxee eVoucher). The group works with more than 800 merchants representing over 30,000 points of sale, ranging from supermarkets and department stores to restaurants, electronics, home improvement, hospitality and travel. Pluxee thus acts as an intermediary between businesses, their employees and this wide network of merchant partners.
