The Youth Inclusion Network has been created first in the Philippines in 2015.

Now, we count 25 companies among the Network.​ The YIN was created to bring our voices together and make them stronger, with the goal of enhancing Youth inclusion in the workplace. By uniting companies around a shared commitment, the Network creates a space where members can learn from each other's experiences, collaborate on common challenges and access concrete tools to advance Youth inclusion.

Altera is committed to empowering communities through initiatives that promote education and career development, aligning with the goals of the Youth Inclusion Network.

Artelia joined the YIN Philippines in 2019. It is an international multidisciplinary consultancy, engineering and project management group specialising in mobility, water, energy, building and industry. Their mission is to imagine, design and develop more efficient, harmonious and sustainable cities and regions. 

Member of the YIN Philippines since 2019, BBMS Properties Services Inc., is a leasing company centered on managing and meeting client’s needs and striving to be on the forefront by bringing new properties to the market.

Bticino is a global leader in electrical systems and smart home technology, providing innovative solutions for energy management and home automation. They joined the Youth Inclusion Network in August 2024, bringing their expertise in sustainability and technological advancement. Bticino’s dedication to empowering youth aligns with the YIN mission to promote inclusion and create pathways to opportunity.

Bolloré Logistics Philippines was established in 1996. Member of the YIN Philippines since 2020, thelocal Bolloré Logistics team offers international sea (FCL, LCL) and airfreight forwarding services covering all Philippines airports, sea ports, and PEZA zones. Local services also extend to customs and compliance management, nation-wide delivery across 7,000 islands, as well as warehouse and distribution solutions.

Paticularly involved in the support of Youth Inclusion, Capgemini is a member of the YIN Vietnam and Philippines. It is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. The Group is at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of clients’ opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital and platforms.

Founded in 1976, CGI is among the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world. Their goal is to build trusted relationships through client proximity, providing industry and technology expertise to help you meet the needs of your customers and citizens.  It is a member of the YIN Philippines.

Founded in 1942, CHRYSO is the leader in admixtures for construction materials.


They provide to their customers (cement manufacturers, ready-mix concrete industrials, precast manufacturers and construction companies) with their expertise in chemistry, formulation and our knowledge of construction materials.

They joined the YIN Philippines in 2022

CloudCfo is an established, professional and trusted outsourced cloud accounting and finance service provider for businesses in the Philippines. It has signed the YIN Charter Philippines in 2018.

Coffral joined the YIN Philippines in 2022. Coffral Philippines is a 
rental of construction equipment, providing specific demand and project-based (among many other options) devices and services, including full tailored engineering support. Coffral joined the YIN convinced by the willingness to support the Youth, making them discovering their industry and recruiting new talents in their different departments.

Datawords has joined the YIN Philippines in 2019. It was born out of a vision of communication that transcends all borders to reach the broadest possible audience everywhere across the globe. At the heart of that vision is a mix of technological mastery and communications expertise.

Decathlon is a French sporting goods retailer which has signed the YIN Philippines Charter in 2018, and the YIN Vietnam Charter in 2022. With over 1647 stores in nearly 1000 cities in 57 countries and regions (Jan 2020), it is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world. The company manages the research, design, production, logistics and distribution of its products in house; partners with global suppliers; and markets their own brands directly to consumers in Decathlon-branded big-box stores.

Member of the YIN Philippines since 2021, DMCI is the contractor behind some of the biggest and most complex infrastructure in the Philippines. It is known as a builder of landmarks and a pioneer of several construction methodologies. To date, the company has completed over 1,000 projects of varying scale and complexity across the country and in parts of Brunei and the Middle East.

IKEA joined the YIN Philippines in 2019.

Founded by recognized cybersecurity and data protection professionals, RT&Co Cybersecurity (formerly Mantua Cybersecurity) is a cybersecurity services company operating in the Philippines and Singapore, with offices in Pasig City and Singapore. It helps organizations face growing threats linked to the rapid evolution of technology.

RT&Co Cybersecurity joins the YIN Philippines in 2019.

Mars Wrigley began its operations in the Philippines in 1965, marking its first establishment in the country. Mars Philippines Inc. manufactures and distributes confectionery and related products, with offices notably in Taguig (Metro Manila) and a production site in Antipolo, Rizal.

Mars joined the YIN in 2019.

Sodexo (OSS and B&R) is a member of the YIN Philippines since 2018. It  has been one of the Philippines' leading facilities management and food services companies since 2013. They deliver a wide spectrum of services from managing kitchen operations and keeping facilities running in tip-top condition to everything in between .​

A kitchen dedicated to the distinctive cuisines of the sunny Mediterranean but in the Philippines: this is Café Mediterranean. The company is a signatory of the YIN Philippines Charter since 2018.
