ADVOCATE

According to the United Nations, there are now around 1.2 billion youth aged 15 to 24 years old worldwide — the largest generation of young people in history.

Insecure Work, Limited Opportunities

More than half of all young workers globally are engaged in informal, insecure, or unsafe jobs, often without access to social protection or decent working conditions (ILO, 2024). Structural inequalities, slow job creation, and rapid technological change continue to limit access to quality employment.

Rising Youth Unemployment

As of 2023, about 64.9 million youth were unemployed, and 20.4% of all youth  (roughly one in five) were not in employment, education, or training (NEET) (ILO, Global Employment Trends for Youth 2024).

Barriers to Education and Inclusion

For many others still in school, digital exclusion and unequal access to education remain major barriers. In low-income and marginalized communities, limited connectivity and resources have led to higher dropout rates and reduced learning opportunities.

The Youth exclusion situation calls to urgent actions.

Young adults need our help to get control over their lives, to give them  a chance to access a more decent situation  by integrating the corporate world.
