Youth Inclusion Network
While companies are struggling to hire reliable and committed employees,
many Youth facing exclusion could answer this need,
bringing their energy, their eagerness and their capabilities if they get the relevant opportunities.
The YIN Vietnam was officially launched on April 5, 2018 in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).
The idea was to create an offshoot of what has been carried out in Manila, such as a network of CEO and/or Human Resources Leaders of both foreign and national corporates that are concerned by the professional integration of excluded Youth.
BEING PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
Members present during the first YIN Workshop, which took place on September 18, 2018 decided that the YIN Vietnam will be organized around a simple structure.
Several workshops are organized every quarter. Everyone is invited to discuss about a certain topic : both companies that are “champions” of Youth Integration but also other corporates that are willing to receive some insight or some best practices regarding Youth Integration. Those workshops are focused on 3 pillars :
Prepare the Youth integration in working with companies and youths for a better preparation towards the corporate world.
Facilitate the Youth integration thanks to, but not limited to, on-the-job training, job opportunities, and mentoring.
Advocate the Youth integration toward companies, the civil society and the government.
